1. Introduction By participating in the EthNode0x rewards program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined herein. The EthNode0x rewards program is designed to incentivize token holders who purchase and hold EthNode0x tokens without selling, thereby contributing to the stability and growth of the Ethereum network.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for EthNode0x rewards, individuals must acquire EthNode0x tokens and hold them in their designated wallets without engaging in any selling activities during the specified holding period. Only token holders who comply with these eligibility criteria are entitled to receive rewards generated through the EthNode0x rewards mechanism.
3. Rewards Distribution Rewards distributed to EthNode0x holders are derived from transaction fees collected from network activities and block rewards generated by Ethereum nodes. Additionally, a portion of tax money collected from network transactions is utilized to purchase additional Ethereum nodes, thereby increasing the rewards pool for EthNode0x holders over time. Rewards are distributed proportionally among eligible token holders based on their holdings.
4. Tax Money Utilization Tax money collected from network transactions is utilized exclusively to expand the Ethereum node infrastructure. This includes the purchase of additional Ethereum nodes to enhance the network's capacity and resilience. By participating in the EthNode0x rewards program, you acknowledge and consent to the utilization of tax money for this purpose.
5. Holding Period and Conditions The holding period for EthNode0x tokens may vary and will be specified in the terms of the rewards program. Token holders must hold their EthNode0x tokens in their designated wallets without engaging in any selling activities during the specified holding period to be eligible for rewards. Any selling or transfer of EthNode0x tokens during the holding period will result in disqualification from receiving rewards.
6. Governance and Amendments The EthNode0x rewards program is subject to governance by the Ethereum community and may be amended or modified at any time based on consensus among network participants. Token holders are encouraged to actively participate in network governance processes to ensure transparency and fairness in the administration of the rewards program.
7. Disclaimer Participation in the EthNode0x rewards program is voluntary and subject to market risks. The Ethereum network and its associated protocols are inherently complex and may be subject to unforeseen technical or regulatory challenges. By participating in the rewards program, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold harmless the Ethereum network and its developers from any liabilities arising from your participation.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions outlined herein may result in disqualification from receiving rewards.
